House on the island Crete

The house is located next to a place called Tersanas on the Akrotiri peninsula of the municipality of Chania in the north-west of Crete. It has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset. It is part of a small complex of 4 residences that share a tennis court. There is a private pool, a lawned garden and a spacious terrace. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area, living room, 1 WC and 1 bedroom with its own bathroom. The living room has a fireplace and direct access to the terrace with magnificent sea views. A light ceiling with wooden beams creates a spacious and airy atmosphere, adding a traditional character to the interior.
