The buildings are of high quality construction, stylish architecture and excellent maintenance. The bearing structure is of reinforced concrete and the filler structure is of brickwork, while parts of the exterior walls are padded with natural stone. The roof of the basement and the ground floor is coated with reinforced concrete, while the roof of the first floor is wooden and tile coated. The exterior door and window frames are double glazed aluminum, while the interior doors are wooden. The interior floors are coated with marble tiles, apart from the bedroom of the 1st floor that is wood coated, while the interior walls of the bathrooms are coated with ceramic tiles. The floors of the verandas and terraces and the deck areas of the swimming pool are also coated with tiles, while stainless guard rails with glass panels are used in order to open the view while still providing safety.
