Complex of eight villas on the island Crete

Description

The buildings are of high quality construction, stylish architecture and excellent maintenance. The bearing structure is of reinforced concrete and the filler structure is of brickwork, while parts of the exterior walls are padded with natural stone. The roof of the basement and the ground floor is coated with reinforced concrete, while the roof of the first floor is wooden and tile coated. The exterior door and window frames are double glazed aluminum, while the interior doors are wooden. The interior floors are coated with marble tiles, apart from the bedroom of the 1st floor that is wood coated, while the interior walls of the bathrooms are coated with ceramic tiles. The floors of the verandas and terraces and the deck areas of the swimming pool are also coated with tiles, while stainless guard rails with glass panels are used in order to open the view while still providing safety. Each villa has a fireplace, a/c in all rooms, solar panel, security system, fire alarm system, high speed internet system and outdoor BBQ. All exterior walls and roofs are insulated against heat and moisture.

During the past two years, large improvements were made regarding the villas‟ furniture and equipment, the interior/exterior lighting, the pools and the surrounding area. Also, during 2017, all bathrooms were improved, as well as the buildings‟ outside stone coating for better protection against rain. The surrounding area of the villas is fully landscaped and quite aesthetic.

The gardens and swimming pool areas are havens of relaxation and designed in order to provide privacy and add atmosphere, while a shared tennis court with an area of approximately 650 sq.m. lies within the boundaries of villas. Parts of the surrounding area are coated with asphalt and stones in order to facilitate the movement of people and vehicles and to be used as parking areas.
