Villa on Crete island

Complex of villas is located at the exquisite picturesque golden sandy small bay which is only 300 meters from the port of Kissamos and 2km from the town’s centre. Beautifully designed villas are set exactly by the side of the small bay of Viglia. The beach is one of the most unspoilt areas of Crete.

In this area two of the most famous and ‘best’ rated beaches of Greece are closed by; Falassarna beach is only 6km away and easily accessible, and Balos Lagoon is at the end of the peninsula which can be reached either by a jeep or boat. Kissamos town is well known for its superb products, olive oil, wine, fresh fish, few to name.

Kissamos offers a quiet but warm walk by its promenade, with a variety of taverns, modern cafes, and shops. The town has about 15,000 inhabitants and it offers all facilities i.e. post office, banks, modern supermarkets, yet local taverns and small shops. Chania centre is easily accessible of about 30 minutes drive.

The construction of the villa can take up to 12 months from the date of signing. The particular villa has three bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. There is access to a roof garden where all the Aegean seems trully yours, in front of you, beautiful blue crystal clear water and the sounds of the waves can take you away.
