The villa is located in the tourist town of Porto Heli on a green plot of 6000 sq.m with a swimming pool. On the first line of the sea and has its own access to the sea with a sand and pebble beach. 100 meters away is a beautiful sandy beach.
The Peloponnese Peninsula is famous for its historical sites; there are many ancient monuments and museum complexes: ancient Olympia, the ancient theater of Epidavros, the medieval city of Mistras, ancient Mycenae and much more. From Porto Heli you can take a boat trip to the nearby picturesque islands of Spetses, Poros, Idra and Aegina.
The new comfortable villa consists of the main house and the guest house, in front of which there is a large swimming pool with adjacent verandas for relaxing, summer furniture, tents and sunbeds, a barbecue and an open dining area. The design of the villa is made in a modern style with light colors and light furniture designs, the house breathes relaxation, sea and sun.
