A few hundred metres walk downhill will take you to three secluded sand or pebble beaches as well as a dock from where you can board a sea taxi for the 15-minute crossing to the cosmopolitan island of Spetses.

The sophisticated country style of the villa reflects exquisite tasteful design. The living quarters are elegant and spacious with privacy from the main living room. Large pergolas surround the house and provide shade for outdoor dining as well as the beautiful lounge area by the swimming pool. There is a large play area where children will have endless fun.

The villa consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens, one on each floor. There is a fully equipped stone barbecue with kitchen by the house, a laundry room and a garage for two cars is also available.

There is easy access to nearby Porto Heli where you will find watersports 1.5km, clubs, fine restaurants, supermarkets and a medical centre.

Ermioni traditional village is just 8km away where you can experience traditional Greek local architecture, sailing and much more.
