ELECTRICITY

The price of electricity in Greece depends on many parameters.

Its price includes:

1.

• Single-phase electricity – 1,52 €
• hree-phase electricity – 4.80 €

2. The price for energy consumption:

• up to 2000 kW – 0.0946 €
• above 200 kW – 0.1025 €

3. A separate fee for various services (energy transfer, supply, pollution, etc.). It is calculated for each of the cases separately according to a certain formula and depending on the used kW. It varies from 50 to 100 €.

4. Taxes

• Separate consumption tax – the price per 1 kW is 0.0022 €
• 5 ‰ tax – calculated according to a certain scheme and ranges from 50 cents to 1 €
• VAT – 13%

The final cost of electricity is the sum of all the above four parameters.

As an example, for 1,000 kW the final cost starts from 150 € per quarter.

Do not forget that the price of electricity also depends on the region and age of the property.

WATER CONSUMPTION

The cost of water depends on:

1. Consumption of cubic meters:

• 0-5 – 0,3500 €
• 5-20 – 0,6400 €
• 20-27 – 1,8300 €
• 27-35 – 2,5600 €
• above 35 – 3,2000€

2. Using gutters. The price depends on the percentage of used cubic meters (from 50%).
3. VAT – 13%
4. VAT of the rest – 24%

All four aspects are summarized, and the final cost of water consumption is displayed.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

• Maintenance of the swimming pool: in summer months, the pool may cost approximately 100 € per month
• Telephone communication and Internet: depend on the package of services. On average, their cost is 30 € per month
• Annual property tax (ΕΝΦΙΑ): +/- 1000 €
