Land plot on Peloponnese

In front of the beautiful beach in the south of the Peloponnese peninsula there is a land plot of 3400 sq.m with a house of 260 sq.m. It is worth noting direct access to the sea, as well as a total permitted building of 1200 sq.m, as it is considered suitable for the construction of a tourist facility. The house consists of two levels and was built in 1970. The front side of the plot on the beach is about 65 meters.
